Weisheit des Kollektiven Handelns- Bildungskonzepte aus Abya Yala als Inspiration für Globales Lernen
Gemeinschaftliche Praktiken haben eine zentrale Rolle bei der Wissensproduktion in Bezug auf kulturellen und sozialen Widerstand, gegenseitige Fürsorge und soziale Organisation gespielt. Doch dieses Wissen wurde durch die koloniale und eurozentrische Hegemonie an den Rand gedrängt.
In einem Kontext von Klimakrise, historischer Ungleichheit und strukturellem Rassismus bieten gemeinschaftliche Wissensformen emanzipatorische Horizonte.
Die Gruppe “Voces de Guatemala” wird uns durch einen Lern- und Erfahrungsaustausch führen und dabei ihr Wissen über ancestrale Erinnerung, kollektive Musik, Wissen als lebendiges Gewebe und das lebendige Wort, die Bedeutung gemeinsamer Zukunftsvisionen und die kollektive Kunstproduktion als Praktiken aus Abya Yala teilen. Diese Werkzeuge sind hilfreich für den Aufbau von Gemeinschaft, die Förderung von Empathie, Kreativität und die partizipative Konfliktlösung.
Durch praktische Übungen, die ancestrale Praktiken wie rhythmische Gestaltung, Erinnerung und das Weben von Geschichte einbeziehen, werden unterstützende Werkzeuge für die Bildungsarbeit mit Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen bereitgestellt. Zum Beispiel in der Wertschätzung von Vielfalt, respektvoller Kommunikation und kollektives Handeln. Es entstehen Reflexionen über die Bedeutung von Solidarität und darüber, wie Konflikte als Teil des Gemeinschaftsbildungsprozesses angenommen werden können. Die Teilnehmenden werden Inspiration mitnehmen, um Lernende auf dem Weg zu starken und vielfältigen Gemeinschaften zu begleiten.

Conocimientos y prácticas ancestrales para la unidad entre comunidades- Inspiraciones para el aprendizaje Global
Las prácticas comunitarias han desempeñado un rol central en la producción de conocimientos relacionados con la resistencia cultural y social, el cuidado mutuo y la organización social. Sin embargo, estos saberes han sido marginalizados por la hegemonía colonial y eurocéntrica.
En un contexto de crisis climática, desigualdades históricas y racismo estructural, los conocimientos comunitarios ofrecen horizontes emancipadores.
El grupo «Voces de Guatemala» nos guiará en un intercambio de aprendizajes, compartiendo sus cococimientos sobre memoria ancestral, la música colectiva, los saberes como tejido vivo y la palabra viva, la importancia de imaginar futuros comunes y la creación de arte colectivo como prácticas del Abya Yala. Estas herramientas son útiles para construir comunidad, fomentar la empatía, la creatividad, y resolver conflictos de manera participativa.
A través de ejercicios prácticos que incorporan prácticas ancestrales, como creación rítmica, memoria y tejido de historia, se proporcionan herramientas de apoyo para la labor educativa con jóvenes, adultes y estudiantes. Por ejemplo, en la valoración de la diversidad, la comunicación respetuosa y la colaboración. Se crearán reflexiones sobre la importancia de la solidaridad y sobre cómo abrazar el conflicto como parte del proceso de construcción de comunidad. Los participantes se llevarán inspiración para acompañar a jóvenes, adultes y estudiantes en la creación de comunidades fuertes y diversas.
Este taller, organizado en cooperación con Fairbindung e.V., está dirigido a todas las personas implicadas en la educación, la pedagogía, el activismo, el artivismo y a todas las personas interesadas.
El taller se realizará en Español con traducción en Inglés.
The Wisdom of Collective Action – Educational Concepts from Abya Yala as Inspiration for Global Learning
Community practices have played a central role in the production of knowledge related to cultural and social resistance, mutual care, and social organization. However, this knowledge has been marginalized by colonial and Eurocentric hegemony.
In a context of climate crisis, historical inequalities, and structural racism, community knowledge offers emancipatory horizons.
The group “Voces de Guatemala” will guide us in an exchange of learning, sharing their knowledge about ancestral memory, collective music, knowledge as a living fabric, and the living word, the importance of imagining shared futures, and the creation of collective art as practices from Abya Yala. These tools are useful for building community, fostering empathy, creativity, and resolving conflicts in a participatory way.
Through practical exercises that incorporate ancestral practices such as rhythmic creation, memory, and historical weaving, support tools are provided for educational work with youth, adults and students. For example, in valuing diversity, respectful communication, and collaboration. Reflections will be created on the importance of solidarity and how to embrace conflict as part of the community-building process. Participants will take away inspiration to accompany youth, adults and students in the creation of strong and diverse communities.
This workshop, organized in cooperation with Fairbindung e.V., is aimed at all those involved in education, pedagogy, activism, artivism, and anyone interested.
The workshop will be held in Spanish with English translation.
